Akira Sendoh
| Known as Ryonan's Ace. He's very skilled and can play any position in the team in only his sophomore level. He's popularity went back when he's still freshmen where he scored tremendous in each games he played including 47 points alone that completely demolished the entire Shohoku Squad. When focused, he's unstoppable in scoring. He can even guard top ranking players like Shinichi Maki of Kainandai. At present, he is only scoring when needed, used only 70% of his power and reserved the remaining 30% for latter use. Good in stealing, passing and familiarizing within his teammates and in the court makes him formidable threat in every game. What's interesting about Sendoh is that he's always cool and smiling even though he's already worn out for he don't want to worry his teammates. His teammates, coach and even Uozumi, their team captain, believed in Sendoh that he can turn the tide unto their side and bring them to victory. Rukawa wants to beat him for he toyed him during their practice match. Even their coach Taoka hard to get mad at him. Impressed at Sakuragi's rapid improvements.
